This is a transformational coaching plan with 4 strategy sessions and 4 follow-up accountability meetings. Through the consultations, we will help you understand your Super Powers and develop a needs based plan of action. We show you how to go through your DISC report and identify your strengths and gaps in your behavior tendencies. You will get one-on-one assistance to make your strategic action plan a guide for improved self-efficacy. You will receive instructional aids or tools to develop stronger habits to assist you in thriving and communicating more productively with yourself and others.
