This is a transformational coaching plan with 8 strategy planning sessions and 8 follow-up accountability meetings. Through the transformational consultations, we will help you understand your Super Powers and develop a needs based plan of action. We show you how to go through your 22 page DISC assessment report and identify your strengths and gaps in your behavior tendencies. You will get one-on-one assistance to make your strategic action plan a guide for improved self-efficacy. You will receive instructional aids or tools to develop stronger habits to assist you in thriving and communicating more productively with yourself and others around you.
